The game between closely ranked teams ended withParque Hostos ' (4-2) road loss to Immortals (5-2) in Santiago 96-111 on Wednesday. Immortals dominated down low during the game scoring 84 of its points in the paint compared to Parque Hostos ' 50. Immortals looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Parque Hostos ' players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Immortals made 7 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for forward Randy Ovalle (201-2004) who led the winners with a triple-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Edwin Espinal (198-1996) accounted for 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Adonis Nunez (191-1996) came up with 20 points and 5 rebounds and guard Emmanuel Cruz (187-2001, college: Lamar CC) added 20 points respectively for Parque Hostos in the defeat. Five Immortals and four Parque Hostos players scored in double figures. Parque Hostos' coach rotated eleven players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
